ENS Gameday Preview: Oilers @ Penguins

David Perron, Matt Hendricks

The Oilers are in Pittsburgh tonight to take on a much, much. superior hockey club. Edmonton has lost their last five games straight by a combined score of 21-10. So yeah. I guess it’s unfair to expect much more from their current lineup. At least we’re in the heart of the McJesus race. Save us, Connor. For the love of god, save us.

Pouliot – RNH – Eberle

Yakupov – Roy – Purcell

Hendricks – Gordon – Klinkhammer

Fraser – Lander – Hamilton

Klefbom – Schultz

Marincin – Fayne

Aulie – Ference

Woof. Quite a few non-NHL players in that lineup and that’s obvious. At least the Penguins aren’t elite or anything.

What Needs To Happen

Does it really matter? A win is good. A loss is good. Just make it a good game.

What Can’t Happen

What Is Going To Happen

The Oilers win 4-3 in a shootout. David Perron scores because of course he will. Yak with 2.
